Job Summary/Objective:
The Service team member moves and delivers material to support the production operations. The service team member will utilize the propane-gas powered forklift and promotes safety within the work environment.
Salary:
Starting $20.34 and up (Based on experience).

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Selects, positions, and delivers raw materials to assigned production lines according to documented instructions and maintains communication with team leads and operators.
- Moves finished products from assigned production lines to storage/shipping areas according to work instructions.
- Removes excess material from production floor; weighs product, documents and properly stores to contribute to the efficiency of raw material usage and waste.
- Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and partners with the operations teams to ensure that raw materials usage and storage adhere to the standard work guidelines.
- Maintains records of materials according to work instructions.
- Adheres to all local and division policies, procedures, rules and regulations in effect now, and adheres to and promotes all changes.
- Promotes company mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current forklift certification (or ability to receive certification within probationary time period).
- One (1) or more years of manufacturing experience.
- One (1) or more years of forklift driving experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and guidelines.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work on other shifts to ensure staffing coverage.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with proper telephone etiquette.
- Tactful and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) or more years of experience working with SAP.
- Experience working with a propane gas forklift.
- Continuous improvement process experience or certification.
